The 2026 PBA Governors' Cup, the last conference of Season 50, splits the teams into two groups. Each team plays its group rivals twice; the top four of each group advance to crossover quarterfinals. The quarterfinals and semifinals are best-of-five series and the Finals are best-of-seven.

## Elimination round
Group A: Converge, Macau, NLEX, San Miguel, Terrafirma, Titan Ultra and TNT. Group B: Barangay Ginebra, Blackwater, Magnolia, Meralco, Phoenix and Rain or Shine. Teams play each opponent in their own group twice.

## Playoffs
The top four teams in each group cross over in the quarterfinals (a group's first seed meets the other group's fourth, and so on). Quarterfinals and semifinals are best-of-five; the Finals are best-of-seven.

## Calendar
The league pauses for the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers window at the end of November. The semifinals are scheduled for December 4–13 and the Finals for December 16–30, 2026.
